This is one of the best supplements that I found to keep me in the zone, especially being in sales, and having to walk around all day, dealing with different guests. This keeps me in the mood. I need to be on to deal with many different situations and types of people as well as keep my energy up while at work and more importantly at home after a long day.

This stuff actually works! I am perimenopausal & had decided I hated the world. Everything was upsetting me. I did some research because I did not want to take a medication & because I did not want to harm family members... and had read about the benefits of Saffron. I ordered this & began noticing a difference within about two weeks. Over time, the difference became more & more noticeable. I was lighter & happier & smiling again. Not only did it help my mood but it helped calm my nerves as well. I have been taking it for almost two years now & I highly recommend this product!

Working well to help me sleep

I feel good when I take them, but I’ve noticed they make me sweat a lot. I don’t see anyone else in reviews mention this, so I don’t know why it happens but every time I’ve taken them after some time i get really sweaty. That’s the only downside though, other than that it helps me a lot with stress relief and i feel less anxious.

exactly what i needed!!

I realize this is going to sound dramatic, but this stuff changed my life. I stumbled across these supplements by pure chance. A co-worker of mine was giving away some free stuff, and this happened to be part of that haul. I specifically picked it out because it claimed to enhance mood. At the time, I was three years deep into a pretty horrible depression. Nothing I tried really moved the needle, and I was hesitant to try medication. Needless to say, I was skeptical of these capsules. But I was desperate and willing to try anything. Within a couple of weeks, the fog had lifted. For the first time in years, I felt like myself again. My mind was clear. My body wasn't sluggish. I remembered what it felt like to be happy. I don't know what sort of witchcraft is going on here, but whatever it is, I'm sold. I probably should have done some research beforehand, but after the fact, I looked up the effects of saffron on depression. Several studies have shown that saffron is just as effective as the leading antidepressants—without the usual side effects. So yeah, if being super depressed isn't your thing, I'd highly recommend giving these a shot.
