Cover is not flush with the wall: this issue can be solved by adjusting the outlet itself with its box. The thickness of the LED cover is different than the normal outlet cover because it has the LED board attached to it. If the LED cover doesn’t lie perfectly flush against the wall; with the LED cover removed, You’ll notice 2 screws on the outlet that screw into the electrical box sitting on the wall, so by tightening the top and bottom screws, the outlet should sink into the wall further, you want to tighten the outlet so metal braces are at minimum flush with the wall which will pull the LED cover closer to the wall also and eliminate the gap. 5. To align the LED cover prongs with the lowers outlet screws, outlet ground hole must be below the hot and neutral slots, if not, turn the outlet upside down. 6.
