This is a fantastic product. Better in every way than a regular straight ladder, and easily stowable.Very sturdy, yet reasonably light to carry. Very tall. And so easy to transport and stow.A couple notes :(1) It comes with hooks for the top. The instructions don't tell you how to attach the hooks. You need to pop off 2 rubber plugs in the top corners, to expose the hook attachment points, which is not easy. I just threw the plugs away, and leave the hooks permanently attached.(2) When collapsing the ladder stages, watch your hand positioning -- it's easy to crush your hand or strip your skin as the sections slide down.

I bought this ladder so I could reach the top of shrubbery I have to trim every year. I was tired of dragging my wood extension ladder out because it weighs a ton and it's awkward to maneuver. This new ladder is light and in it's collapsed position, it takes up no space at all. I was happy to see it was made of quality material and I weigh 256 lbs and at full extension, this ladder barely flexed in the middle. When I was done using it,I just pushed the two sliders on every step and the ladder came down to storage position in no time flat. I love it and the fact it is so easy to use,I'll be more inclined to do projects that require a ladder without worrying about the hassle of dragging the heavy wood ladder out. Bought this to use on my rv to clean the slide when leaving. A little heavy but compact for a 12 ft ladder. Easy to set up and push 2 levers to come down. Just keep fingers clear on the rapid decent. Seems to be sturdy enough for my application.

I have had this ladder for a couple of weeks now, and I must say that I have been very impressed with it so far. I am a 350 pound man, so getting something fat guy friendly is a must. Getting up and down the ladder has been easy, and there has not been nearly the amount of flex I was expecting. I also like the steps, because they are wide enough to stand on comfortably. I'm amazed at how well it seems to be built, but not weigh all that much. It collapses down, and is easily store in my RV basement. I would definitely recommend this product.

My husband and I are so happy we purchased this. We regulary need to power wash the side of our house. This ladder easily reaches what we need. We also needed to close a hole on our roof that squirrels made and this ladder reaches the part of the roof we need. It is less bulky than any ladder we have at our house and reaches more. It pulls out and goes collapses easily and it's not too heavy.

2 month update :This ladder is DANGEROUS - DO NOT BUY!! It spontaneously collapses while you are on it! Sometimes the locks do not lock. It bends and flexes to a scary degree (I am about 1/2 recommended weight), it travels even on level surface, it is SCARY.To late to return it, but I will not use it anymore. $$$$ wasted.---- Initial Review ----I love this product BUT its a personal injury suit waiting to happen. Today I injured myself for the third time in the two weeks I have had this ladder.Problem is this thing does sometimes retract WHEN YOU ARE ON IT! So first couple of times I got some bumps and bruises I was extending the ladder partially with the unextended portion on the bottom. I checked that the rungs were locked with appropriate color code, but then you get halfway up and the thing starts to collapse. Scary and painful.So I thought I had it figured out. I left the unextended portion at the top of the ladder, definirely more stable this way. But today one of the top rungs is locked but kinda stuck, I am on the ladder, the thing starts to retract from the top and well .. we ladies have a bit more in some places than the gentlemen do.. think mammogram (complete with high pitched scream). Still painful hours later.So overall..good concept but scary and painful user experience.PS: Vevor, it would help if the HOW TO USE manual/video could be found on your website. Yes instructions come in the packaging, vision challenges could not read so tried to find online. No success there.

I was hesitant on purchasing this ladder after reading the mixed reviews, but I’m glad I did! It works absolutely perfectly and is very compact and very easy to store it! I’ve used it several times now and have not had a single issue or complaint with it. I’m 6’ 1” and weigh 240lbs and the ladder feels sturdy and secure, it’s also very easy to operate. Very satisfied!

I replaced a similar ladder because it was too weak. I replaced it with this ladder because I needed a heavy duty ladder. This is the one. It will hold 375 lbs and is sturdy when you use it. none of that moving around while you try to hang on for dear life. light weight to carry, but heavy duty when used. storage is a snap it fits almost anywhere. love this ladder.

The ladder is very easy to use. Easy to transport and to store. When collapsing the ladder make sure your fingers are out of the way when releasing the button. Otherwise very happy with the purchase.

Already had a few other ladders, needed something more portable for quick up and down checks and any repairs on the roof or side of buildings, tree landscaping etc.Heavy duty! This thing is solid.Have to be very careful when pushing the buttons to let it fold back into itself again. Starts out slow and then really really fast. Could loose a few fingers in this thing if not careful! Vids on youtube on how to safely extend and retract it. I suggest viewing those for anyone interested in getting this type of ladder.Also make sure when extending to have to symbols show green and test before using to make sure it is locked in place to prevent collapsing when not expecting it.I had some trouble getting it to click green the first few times until I figured out to be a bit more aggressive when extending the rungs.Folds up nice and net and can hang it on the wall hooks out of the wall. Nice addition to the other ladders and can be transported for remote use when needed.Happy with this purchase - hint can also get this ladder directly from VEVOR's website at a discount too. Which I did not know until I ordered something else from them that came with free shipping.
