As someone who used to get UTIs almost every month, I can say this product has changed my life. When I take it regularly, I do not get UTIs. I ran out of this and got busy for about a month last year, and sure enough, I got one again, so I know this is what has made the difference. I have been taking this for almost 2 years, and aside from the month I forgot to order and got busy, I have not had any other UTIs. I also have a very sensitive stomach, and many supplements and vitamins can make me pretty sick, but this is not one of those. So if you are debating starting this---do it! You will not regret it.

This was actually recommended to me from a pharmacy tech in my town after I had recurring UTI's. I also had my gallbladder removed over a year ago and since starting this probiotic it has done wonders. No more UTI's and great for my stomach and digestion. This is a bit pricey but it works well for me and I will continue to buy as I have tried other brands such as cultrelle and they just didn't work as good as this one. I take this first thing in the morning because I feel like it works better for me on a empty stomach.
