This seller was very kind. I ordered a Matron of Honor cup for my sister and Bride cup for myself, but I was confused from the little option photos and ended up ordering two different styles of cups. I contacted the seller and let them know and they immediately issued me another Bride cup with the lid style I had wanted. They were quick too! The lettering looks very nice. My only reservation was that the lid style I accidentally ended up with was hard to drink out of because there was no air vent, but taking the rubber gasket out does help some. But that doesn’t matter now because they gave me the cup I was hoping for which works great, which is why I’m leaving a 5 star review! My sister cried when she received her cup, a very sweet moment.

The design is so much smaller than what is described. The mug itself seems very nice quality and colors are pretty close to what is pictured. Just wish the design would match the size in the photos but still a great gift either way

I bought this tumbler for my daughter since she saw mine and loved it. I ordered it in mocha color to be different than mine. Is really confortable to carry, to take zips while studying, driving or doing anything and best of all, the water stays cold forever. Is really practical and useful for her and anyone. The only thing is that she thought it would fit in any car cup holder but not in all, but in almost all, it does. Besides that, is an excellent tumbler we recommend to anyone that likes to drink a lot of water per day.

These were a cute buy for my kids grandparents! Would recommend, shipping takes a tad long but not bad. After duties (I’m in Canada) they cost me $110 so $55 a piece. Also, they include a “write a review” for $10 cash refund, I havnt received that yet but will average to $50 a piece x2.. the lilac purple color is really pretty!
