Okay, you can stop shopping for a belt now. Sometimes you have to dig a bit on Amazon to find what you want. After searching for some time, this was the only belt, of this exact style, that was not branded and had a loop for the tail of the belt.This thing is fantastic! The functionality is exactly what I wanted, and the quality is great. I have been looking for a clamp belt like this for ages. Yes, there are tons of them out there, but they all function where the tail passes through the buckle and continues on the same direction. This type passes through and is pulled back the other way so you can tighten it more easily along with greater precision.The materials are of high quality, and it sure appears to be well constructed. I expect this one to last quite some time. My only concern is that the enamel on the buckle is likely to slowly chip away. It would be nice if this was offered in a brushed steel version. The nylon of the actual belt has just enough flex to allow for mobility while maintaining the fit. This is much more comfortable than a rigid belt that doesn't give. This is great when you have to squat down or simply reach down to pick something up, for example.Buy with confidence!

When I first got my belt I was wondering if it was easy to clamp? After using my belt I found that it was easier than I thought! Very comfortable and tough!I believe that you will find that you like it too! Because I bought 2!!

I bought this for every day use because I'm sick of being between belt holes and I like infinite resize-ability. The quality seems good and it doesn't slip. It is a little bulky, but no surprise there. My only gripe is that the angular part of the belt (toward the attached side) seems unnecessarily long and makes the buckle larger than I think it needs to be.

For the price of this belt I never expected it to last this long so I decided to write a review. I Have the black buckle head and after wearing this belt several days per week for the last 3.5 years I say it is a great value. Its still fully usable and is fairly stiff. It stays tight on my waist and holds any belt attached items snug. A lot of the paint on the buckle has chipped away, but I don't usually wear this belt with tucked in shirts. If it bothered me enough I could always scrape off the rest and repaint it. There is some fraying where I often carry utility items that have a metal clip, and some fraying near where the buckle tightens.

*** 02/19/2021 UPDATE: Have had this belt for nearly 3 years now and worn it practically everyday sense. The buckle itself has definitely worn quite a bit of the paint away, and the woven belt itself has gotten abraded a bit in the spot where I typically have it cinched to, but it's still holding up strong, literally! Worth every penny and my 5 Star review/rating still stands.For the price, I really don't think you can beat this belt for the style. Seems very durable. Stays where you put it.I bought this due to my fluctuating weight (been doing the keto diet, it really works if your trying to lose weight, seriously consider it) and I'm like right between two different belt sizes and the ones I was using were falling apart so I wanted something that could work for all sizes.This thing is less than 10 bucks, you can't buy one of those no name brand belts at Wally world for this price, and even their cheapest one will be nowhere near as stout as this one feels at least. Hope this thing lasts a while and I can update my review with long term use.

The belt is of great quality and the friction buckle holds very securely. I made two modifications that can help improve your belt and addresses some of the issues reported by other users:1. Belt keeper: Replace or add to the belt tail keeper with two o-rings. Visit a local hydraulic shop and get two o-rings that slide onto your belt. I forget the size I bought. See the included image.2. Belt not sliding into the keeper side of the buckle: Trim the end of the belt and/or change its shape to more easily slide through the belt keeper side of the buckle. You can make the cut with durable scissors and flame melt the cut to keep it from unraveling. A better idea is to have it cut at a shop that sells climbing gear like REI. They have a hot blade cutter to cut and seal climbing ropes and webbing. Works well for this belt material.Enjoy the belt and hope the mods work for you.

Belt is of good quality even though it is clearly from China. But it seems that that isn’t a bad thing as much as it used to be. They have stepped up there game lately.The belt is heavy made and looks good. Seems tough and should hold up for awhile. It doesn’t loosen up as the day goes on either like most belts of this type.The only negative I could come up with is that I had to cut off the excess so it wasn’t hanging off of me. No big deal. As it comes it should fit a range of waist sizes.Great product!! And for this price buy every color!!

Actually the best belt I've ever had. Lasts for years

My husband bought this to replace his NHS issue belt that he complained about for a very long time. He says he wished he'd bought this sooner as it holds his nhs issue trousers up far better than a standard belt. Lovely and thick and excellent quality. The clasp works perfectly every time. Would not hesitate to recommend this.

Awesome belt! Simple to use, and durable. Great for those who like to carry a pocket knife, or other items that attach to a belt. Definitely reccomend this belt.

It’s stif for the first few hours of wear, quickly breaks in and is solid. Buckle grips well and stays tight. Can quickly tighten or slacken onehanded.

Good belt! Shipped fast and good price! Not much to it which is nice. Light weight and sturdy! Great for backpacking and minor rescue use
