Great for skin
I bought this because I was going on a trip and the regular cleanser with the pump usually gets busted. This made it through TSA and I spent 10 days in Vegas it worked great. I actually like the texture better than the regular one.

Garbage!
Garbage. Waste of money. Do not buy. Did not clean my face at all plus caused my skin to become very red and irritated.

Not as good as the original
I bought this as a replacement for the Foaming Facial Cleanser that Neutrogena used to make which also removed makeup, but no longer make. It honestly works, and definitely takes off my waterproof eyeliner, but it takes 2 passes in order to do so. So one pump, lather the face, wash off, then another pump, lather face, and all traces of my eyeliner (even thick and winged) are now gone. It does it's job, but I just have to wash my face twice in order for it to do so. I still miss the original, but this will work for now. It does not have any smell and it does get my face clean. Will continue to also use the Walmart version of Foaming Facial Cleanser.

Absolutely love it!
This is a game changer and I really love that it’s refillable. I started using this just about seven months ago and love it so much. I bought a second set for traveling. I do wish they had a smaller size for travel set but overall I’m very happy with it. My skin is softer smoother and it feels cleaner. I definitely notice a difference.

Works well and a good environmental choice
Very convenient and cost effective. This is a gentle face cleaner. The first time you get the dispenser and some concentrate. after that, you just order the concentrate , add the concentrate and water and shake.

Stinks
Only nice feature is the reusable packaging. Unfortunately, it won't be refilled with this product again. The face wash has an unpleasant chemical odor and leaves my face feeling less clean than before washing. Beware of breathing while dumping in the powder pouch into the bottle, it creates a cloud of fine soap particles that irritated my airways.
