I was able to slap this b on a 03 celica perfectly fine - it had a dent in it when I received it but it wasn’t actually damaged still works great

Great buy!
Super easy to install, only need a Philips screwdriver. (for the hose clamps) Overall quality is great, I’m pretty weary of any parts that aren’t big name brands, but this one is solid. Intake pipe is a good fit, no modifications needed, the pcv nipple for the hose is the perfect spot. The actual material of the filter I would compare to spectre brand. The color of the filter and the couplers are lighter blue than the picture but still a very nice blue. The only thing I had issues with was the mounting brackets, not positive how exactly it’s supposed to mount to the car, let alone the intake itself. I ended up not using the second piece of piping. Performance wise, solid 10/10. It’s a “cold air intake” obviously it gives you +15hp and an extra (+5 for blue.) sound wise it has a slight whistle between 1500-1700rpm, checked and double checked, everything’s sealed and put on right, but it’s a bonus right? As for durability, so far within the last week have gone through hot weather (80’f) cold weather (30’f-40’f) rain, and dirt roads. Highway driving and city driving. Overall would buy again, hope this was a thorough review for you to read. If you can snag this whole kit for under $70 it’s well worth it. (1999 Honda accord 2.3l sedan)

Happy with purchase
Second tube was too long, so I just used the shorter one. Vehicle is much more responsive to pressing the gas.

It works, and its cheap.
Good value for money, it fits. Not pretty, not perfect but it works for sure.

Cheapest I saw and it worked out fine. *small update
Out of the box I noticed tons of shavings inside the piping. Wasn't a big deal to me to clean out, it was just something I noticed another reviewer state and made sure to pay attention to. The weld quality and cutouts all looked good. The fitment was good. I guess I would suggest putting it on your throttle body first loosely, but snug so it doesn't fall off. Then go for that mounting bolt. Everything should go together fine. Obviously make sure to tighten everything down. All in all the piping isn't "perfect", but it fits just fine! All the gasketing and rubber hosing fit fine and snug. I will be changing the clamp I'm using in the photo(for the breather hose on the intake pipe), it was a cheap one I had on had because one didn't come with the package. Otherwise you'll have all the other clamps you'll need. The filter quality was great from what I could tell. The gluing looks good and everywhere that needed to be sealed looked to be sealed. I've driven the car a few times and haven't noticed anything falling apart from heat, but time will tell I suppose. The sound quality is good, it's what you would expect from putting on a cold air/ram/whatever you'd like to say intake. The performance seems to be good. Though I haven't hooked up my scanner to watch temps, everything seems to be running fine and "cool". Overall this turned out to be a great cheap intake to throw on this old Honda I'm messing with. Its a D17A1 so im not going crazy, but im probably going to swap to an A2 and see where we go from there... Though I see some reviews say negative things I recommend trying this out, especially for the price! **I would definitely recommend getting a different crankcase breather hose! The one that comes with fits, sure, but it very soft and only gets softer with heat. It ends up collapsing and will pinch off that ventilation.

Perfect 00-05 Civic DX 1.7 fit
Fits 99-05 civic DX 1.7D perfectly. even comes with pictured instructions to show you everything you need to know. no ports need tapped as everything works and fits as it should. It looks and sounds amazing. mine gives 2-3 mpg more and about 8hp more on the tester.

Not too impressed
Didnt come with filter oil despite description saying it did, the hoses are super low quality, And on top of it the bolt holes didnt line up! Apart from that it works…

Good product
My intake on my 2002 civic ex was busted, couldn’t open the filter box to change it so I slapped this on it and it fit perfectly, also gotta say it opens up a lot of space for working on things.

Utter junk.. the cuplinks they give you are made of nothing and do not create a seal at all.. the included hoses are ilfitting and insanely low quality, the pipe is as thin as tinfoil, mounting brackets that don't come close to where they are meant to bolt to and the included pod should just go straight in the bin. My thought behind trying this intake was "how can you mess up a metal pipe?" Welp.. they found a way. Constant engine flags due to air leaks despite sealing with rubber adhesive, ,replacing the included hoses and putting multiple extra hose clamps in place. This is just simply ...crap. don't waste your time and money.
