If you are going to add a supplement to your routine then it has to be relatively easy to take, taste ok and have great health benefits. I've tried some other brands that almost put me off Shilajit forever but this one works. Reasonable price, important health benefits and the taste is mild not overwhelming or off-putting in any way. If you are going to try Shilajit, this is a great one to start.

I learned about Shilajit from some online sources and was curious about trying it. This is the only one I've tried and I'll be the first to saw, it smells and tastes just awful. I put a little bit in some hot coffee, add creamer and chug it as fast as I can. I do find that it gives me lots of energy though! There's a noticeable enough difference in my energy level. Glad I made the purchase! You only need a little bit so I imagine it'll take me awhile to finish the jar but will definitely be back to purchase more whenever I run out.

Tastes absolutely awful but you do get used to it. This is my first try of Shilajit and I’m now on my third one. I haven’t noticed any dramatic change in my overall self but I continue to use it as herbal remedies are not fast acting and take a while to build up in your system. The only negative thing I have is they only last around 20 days and not a full month. I use the spatula to measure and take it straight in order to het it down my neck in one go. I’m not sure if improper measuring right with the spatula as I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be a flat measurement or a heap.Would still recommend as we all react and take to things differently.

I've tried shilijit that I bought in India, and it was amazing , this stuff don't come close , didn't make a difference.

It does what it says on the label, my sleep is better than ever before, my skin feels better I use the toilet less at night too. I’m used to the taste now after having used item for 2weeks now.
