Tumeric is so healthy and good for our bodies. New Chapter offers three types: Tumeric Force powder and capsules and, Tumeric Nightforce, capsules. I use and like all three. I alternate the powder (which I mix into morning shakes or juice) and the capsules later in the day or when not drinking my breakfast. I take Nightforce nightly before bed, helps me sleep better. All are very good, high quality health supplements. These are less expensive than most health stores and the same quality products. I recommend you search "turmeric" to discover all the benefits, and/ or ask a trusted natural medical provider. I am so glad I did.

I take this Tumeric supplement every day to help with my high inflammation levels. I'm not a doctor nor do I provide medical advice but for me it helped bring my inflammation levels into the normal range after taking it everyday for 3 months.

Very happy with this product! Researched many options, and so far this is the best. It comes in a glass bottle, unlike many vitamin options that come in plastic bottles these days, and it comes mostly full which is more efficient and less wasteful. The pills are pretty typical and easy enough to swallow. I like to think they are doing exactly what I expect them to do! I've reordered this product many, many times, and so far, have no desire to switch.
