Esa LiangShapewear for Women Tummy Control, Mid-Waist Body Shaper, Girdle Shorts and Spanks

I bought these shorts in black in hopes of getting a little smoothing overall and protection from inner thigh chaffing during these hot summer days. I've bought and returned many in my quest to find the perfect shorts, finding most to be too heavy, stiff, or hot. I was a little worried when I took these out of the package that they would be too small, but they are soft and stretchy so I tried them on. I was surprised by how much they stretched and I am very happy with level of compression--soft, lightweight, and smoothing without being too confining. I only wore them around the house for a little while to try them out, but in that time I did not experience any rolling down at the waist or riding up on the legs. I was so pleased that I came back and bought the two pack to have an extra pair of black along with one pair of nude. I am 5'2", currently 145 pounds, pants size 10/12. I carry my weight in my butt and thighs so I bought a large. I was looking for more smoothing than compression, so I probably could have sized up to an XL. However, I decided to stick with the large, as I am currently working with a trainer to lose a few pounds. (I'm a size or two heavier than normal, as I put on some weight after major surgery earlier this year, but I'm working on it!)

Pros: soft material and the inside edges of the leg openings and top have a thin strip of silicon (I guess to prevent rolling, we will see how it works when worn for a day). Tummy control is light/moderate, but so far this is the only one I have tried that minimized my lower belly fat (from being a mom and/or stress related).Cons:The tummy control "panel" is slightly thicker and because of that, you can "see" the difference if you are wearing a white dress. I had to move the waistband (it goes all the way up to my lower bra line) a little lower so the "panel" part actually covered my belly. It smelled like chemicals when I first opened it, but having thrown it in the wash (gentle cycle) the smell is gone.For reference I am 5'4" and 118 lbs.

When I got it out of the bag at first, I thought I would never be able to fit in it, but surprisingly, it fit just fine. I ordered a medium, my hips are 39 inches. Fit is perfect. No love handles, flat stomach and slim thighs. It is not hard to get it on in comparison to other shape wear I used before. You can comfortably breathe, sit and move. Highly recommend it to everyone looking for a slimming effect. Quality seems to be pretty good!

Sweat absorbent! This is actually my first purchase of shape wear.it is Thicker than I expected and the best thing it snug and doesn't seem to ride down,it has rubber edges that help to keep in place. Great quality for the money and looks great under my summer dress! My bloated belly( esp during my period )😫 is under control without having to worry about breathing. Now I need this in multiple color!

I know this product may not work for all, but as it is the first time I have worn a compression garment, it worked well for me. I have super sensitive skin, so I was worried about the rubber gripping at the top and bottom of the shaper, but no itching or rash at all when I took it off. I could have worn a small if I wanted more compression, but the size medium was perfect for light compression and made it easier to get off for trips to the restroom. I also wore this on a VERY hot/humid day and was not overheated wearing it with a floor length dress. I am glad I chose this over the popular Spanx brand with a lot of negative reviews about poor sizing, comfort and quality. This brand is priced well, comfortable and very good quality. I will definitely purchase this brand again.

I was surprised that the 2XL was actually bigger than some 3XLs I've ordered from other brands. I'm trying to find the right balance between support and comfort. This one just doesn't have the tummy control I'd like. Sure I"m losing weight, but until I get to goal, I need some help, and this didn't do it for me.If you only want slightly more tummy control than old fashioned pantyhose, these are for you.

I got a medium and I thought it looks really small but the item stretch and it is comfortable. I brought this because most my pants are tight since I gained weight. After wearing about a week I realized I lost a few lbs. I would wear it everyday and even at night while sleeping.My tummy doesn’t stand out as much.Glad I ordered it.

The shorts are very comfortable, perfect amount of tummy compression. Prevents chafing!I felt the size I ordered was a bit too big, so emailed the customer service team to request an exchange- they were very helpful and sent the new size quickly! excellent experience all around!
