Dry yeast is the way to go! T-58 is a low attenuating fruity Belgian.
T-58 is a lower attenuating yeast that will leave high gravity beers with a sweet flavor. Recommended to use with mid to low OG wort (1.060 or less) and mash low (145) and long to get the most fermentable sugars. A high OG wort (e.g., 1.090+) and high mash temp (~160) will get you alcoholic pancake syrup. Diabetes in a glass.I just brewed a 1.092 OG beer that finished at about 1.020 after a month in primary at 58-60 f ferment temp. Mashed at 145 for 2 hours, and it's pretty sweet. It's a sipping barleywine enjoyed in a snifter on a chilly night in front of the fire, not a hot day refresher. Absolutely delicious, don't get me wrong. This is not IPA yeast, is what I'm saying.Gives off lots of very fruity bubblegum aromas during ferment that diminish somewhat after primary and are mostly gone in the bottle. Throws a pretty aggressive krausen for the first few days (3 inches in a 5 gallon batch), then calms down.Fermentis dry yeast claims 99.999% purity, there's no reason to buy liquid yeast unless you really need some specialty strain, or you like flushing money down the drain. Every Fermentis SafAle/ SafLager strain I've used has been fantastic and very authentic, and I'm a guy who used liquid yeasts for years.

Unique flavor 😋
This gives IPA style beers a juicy flavor. It gives a citrus orange bubblegum type of flavor enhancement depending on which hops you use. It also works great with piney dank earthy hops as well. What I like most about it is it's very versatile for different temperature levels throughout the year. It gives the beer extra carbonation as compared to other types of yeast. I like the mouth feel with the extra carbonation.

Brewed,Bottled and conditioned in 2 weeks.
I will be using this strain from now on. Since it only took 2 weeks from start to finish. I was able to have the bottle conditioning done in 3 days, instead of 2 weeks. I used 9 lbs of Pale Malt Extrat.

Yeast was good. Makes a nice dry cider.
Used this to make a batch of dry hard cider. Fermentation slowed down after about a week, a week and a bit later and the product is a nice dry cider.I'm still aging the cider but, from tasting every day or so, the cider is dry and nearly where I want it. I used this same yeast several years ago to make cider and from what I can remember it turned out just as good as this current batch. No complaints, clear and straightforward directions on the packet. Will buy again when I run out.

Good yeast.
Great. Used in a jao bomm and it was great. About 13.5 abv. Left a good taste. And it worked quickly. Made it before vacation and it was done fermenting when vacation ended two weeks later. Month in, it had cleared itself and been racked over for secondary flavors.
