My lactation consultant measured me as a 16 so I got this My size exactly I went form pumping with a 27,24 and 21 to a 16-17 and I get WAY more milk went from barley 2 oz to 5-6 oz it cracked easily when I was cleaning Works on Medela harmony & in style pumps

These are perfect for my Medela. I really like how they are extra wide/large, which is really helpful for large chests. The silicone hasn't warped or pulled off yet and I've been using them daily for two months now, sanitizing daily. I own two pairs now.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this. This literally saved my pumping journey. I have elastic nipples and pumping was SO painful for me. I tried everything people recommended — different flange sizes, inserts, hacks — nothing worked. I was honestly ready to give up. This was the only thing that made a difference. As soon as I started using it, pumping became way more comfortable and actually manageable. Because of this, I was able to keep pumping for over a year, and at my peak I was producing around 50 oz a day when I was consistent. I genuinely don’t think I could have made it that long without this. If you have elastic nipples and are struggling, I highly recommend trying this.

I am glad someone told me about these. They work way better than the original shields that come with pumps (If you have bigger breasts). I have very small nipples (10mm) and happy they have a variety of sizes. I thought I needed 13mm but turns out I need to size down maybe even to 11mm. I definitely got 2 more oz of milk from these already!

Maymom is a highly recommended brand but other than the size of these flanges, I don't care for them. I appreciate that the cup size is large enough to hold a good portion of my breasts, but this also makes it harder to pack and travel with them because of their bigger size. Also, the functionality of the connector is terrible. Initially, I didn't care about it, but it definitely is a hassle to clean when there are other flanges that don't have that random dip. It also has good weight to it, because I found my pumps falling when I connected them (if I didn't have any milk in them). Overall, these flanges are overrated.

Bought this to go with my Medela Pump in Style with Max Flow. It attaches perfectly to my pump with no other pieces or accessories required.

I use this on my Lansinoh manual pump while my baby nurses on the other side during night feeds to relieve engorgement. They also fit on the electric double breast pump. The quality is amazing! I have Medela brand flanges as well and they have sharp edges (so when I massage during pump sessions to get the milk out more efficiently, they are uncomfortable on my breasts); these Maymom flanges have smooth edges so I much prefer these! I love all of the side options offered from this brand as the 1 or 2 sizes most brands offer is for a lot of women not enough.

Ordered to use with my rented Medela Symphony as the description states it is compatible. It is not. The tubing doesn’t fit the adapter so ultimately this is a complete waste of money. Cannot contact seller or request refund. Don’t waste your time or money.

Très déçue de cet article qui n'offre pas une bonne étanchéité. L'air passe pendant le tirage et donc l'aspiration est considérablement affaiblie. Je ne peux pas tirer correctement mon lait avec cette téterelle.
