To mix or not to mix.
Waste of money , doesn't mix properly. Instructions says to add liquid first then add 1.5 scoops of beverage choice, shake up and down for ten seconds then drink. After first attempt I shook for a whole minute, drink still contained lumps of unmixed beverage.
