Didn't buy it on Amazon, but still wanted to share my thoughts. We have been using it almost daily for about two months. Compared to our old Breville it cooks far more quickly, probably due to its higher power. It has thick metal slabs under the plates which store a lot of heat and help to cook evenly. It is about the right size for a single large panani using the ridged plates. Provided you buter the outside of the bread, it will deliver lovely crisp toasted sandwiches that are properly heated through so that cheese is melted to perfection. The removable plates allow for easy cleaning; the non-stick properties are best preserved by wiping them with a damp cloth, rather than soaking in soap and water. Highly recommended.

Very poor quality - It fails on a fundamental requirement as it toasts unevenly, definitely not recommended.

Really disappointed in this item. It is much slower, doesn't hold as much content, and doesn't give the golden,crisp finish that my Breville 2 slice Sandwich toaster had which was only 800 watts compared with 1000 watts of this item.

Dieser Sandwichmaker ist ohne übertreiben zu wollen, einfach nur genial. Durch seine 3-in-1-Funktionmöglichkeiten und seine geringe Größe, spart man sich nicht nur die Anschaffungskosten für drei verschiedene Geräte, sondern auch den Stauraum. Er ist sehr benutzerfreundlich, weil sich die verschiedenen Platten vollkommen unkompliziert auswechseln, und somit auch reinigen lassen. Die Sandwichplatten haben für herkömmliche Toasts die richtige Größe, Amerikanische sind ein wenig größer. Er bräunt die Toasts schön gleichmäßig, und sie werden schön knusprig. Die Grillplatten eignen sich für kleinere Fleischstücke, aber auch Paninis gelingen sehr gut. Die Waffelplatten für Brüsseler Waffeln bräunen ebenfalls schön gleichmäßig. Alle Platten sind antihaftbeschichtet, und sie halten auch, was sie versprechen, es klebt, und haftet nichts an. Zusätzlich sind in der Bedienungsanleitung Sandwichrezepte, und ein Rezept für Brüsseler Waffeln enthalten, die wir alle schon getestet, und für sehr gut befunden haben. Zusammenfassend gebe ich hierfür sehr gerne fünf Sterne, und eine ganz klare Kaufempfehlung von mir.

This product is very reliable. I bought one back in 2020 and retired it today. Some plastics parts starts to crack and black coating starts to peel off. Don’t want to eat the paint. Even when it is retired the heating element is still fully functional. Highly recommended
