Each night a quick tuck here and there was all it needed. It did show a little area on the ends so i would recommend you buy the same or coordinating color in case the original fabric shows. I put them on myself, a little crawling on the floor is to be expected to tie them on. The fabric seems sturdy, but I haven't washed them yet. I just used a tape roller, and they cleaned up well. I keep them in their original bags with the clips in there- I don't know if they sell replacements clips, these seem sturdy, but i don't want to lose them.
