This product is good for adding ginger flavor (and benefits) to almost anything. It's especially good when combined with Camomille tea and I also use it in smoothies. I has a calming effect for the GI tract and wheneven I'm having "issues" in the evening I have it with coconut water...yummy! The squirt dropper makes it easy to use. It's would otherwise seem a little pricey, but the 4 ounce bottle goes a long way. Therefore, I have concluded that there's good value for the money. I'm on my second bottle in a little less than one year!!!!

This is my second time ordering. I put it in my morning water to help with my hiatal hernia. It calms my stomach. It is convenient and easy to use. Taste great.

I hear this works really great. It did not help with the issue I had when I bought it. However, I am not counting it out just yet. It may have worked had I bought sooner.

Excellent. Used for stomach pain. Did job. Unfortunately discovered ginger Can potentate bleeding times. So stoped. Individuals taking blood thinners need to be aware. Also those for any procedure involving blood loss. Much will depend upon age,health and amount of ginger taken.

Should've read the label! I was excited to find an organic ginger root extract to supplement my real ginger, but so disappointed to see they added "natural hickory flavor" stay away from 'natural flavoring' ginger doesn't need to be 'flavored' - not to mention, there's absolutely zero ginger taste here which means its been so heavily diluted, it's not effective. Would not recommend this one.
