This photo frame is big, and it is bright. The frame itself is a little finicky about accepting photos. I installed the update after connecting it to the internet and it updated and allowed the software to pair to it - but wouldn't accept photos. I factory reset it, and did it again - same thing. I could manually upload photos from a microSD card, but it wouldn't accept photos from the app. After factory resetting it again, WITHOUT installing the update, I could get the app to upload a photo. After that, I updated the software and it would still allow me to drop photos from the app. However, if I pair my spouse's phone to the frame too, she can't send any photos from the app.I have other photo frames that use the same app - so it seems specific to the software on this frame. Taking a star off for the app and picture loading issues - leaving 4 stars because the frame itself is very nice.

Having so many photos on my phone I wanted a bigger screen to view them on so I ordered this digital picture frame.The Things I Like:1.) Size. 16.2 inches of real estate to view your photos. It makes the experience of enjoying your photos that much nicer.2.) Screen Quality. The screen quality is quite good.3.) Responsiveness. The touchscreen is smooth and responsive.4.) Videos. You can send videos to the frame.5.) Motion Sensor. When anyone comes up within range of the sensor, the frame starts the slideshow.6.) Setup. Setup was easy. You download the VPhoto app, create an account, connect the frame to your network and through the app you can select the photos you want to send to the frame.7.) Remote control. It's nice to control the frame from your seat for those times when you don't want to get up.8.) Stand. You can use the stand if you don't wish to wall mount it.9.) Other ways of sending photos. The frame has a designated email address that you and your family and friends can send photos to and they will appear on the frame. Any email address of your family and friends who will send photos must bind their email address that they will use to the frame first. You can also use a USB thumb drive or insert an sd card into the frame. Keep in mind that a 64gb card is the max you can use.10.) User Manual. They put together a real user manual. It's in different languages.11.) Mounting hardware. Screws and anchors for wall mounting the frame.12.) App Experience. My experience using the VPhoto app is great. The app is smooth and responsive and I experienced no issues using it.Things I Don't Like:Nothing. I am enjoying this digital photo frame.I highly recommend it.I hope this helps.

Too complicated for this senior citizen. I have a 10.1 that I like very much. Menu too dim. The remote also operates my TCL tv( not good )

When I plugged it in, all I got was a blank screen. No set up or anything.

This digital picture frame is very nice. It arrived just as advertised and functions as such. It was easy to load the photos onto and the picture quality is very nice. This would make a nice gift also.

Modern routers determine 2.4 vs 5.0 bands based on the connecting device. For whatever reason this device won’t connect, it just keeps saying “connection unavailable”. See other reviews for same. Ridiculous that it only supports 2.4 but that’s up to them. It’s unacceptable to leave buyers with a useless device. Returning it.
