I love this paint as far as color, consistency and ease to work with. But I have to keep it in a plastic sealed bag because the smell is so strong! I don’t recommend to use it on natural nails and to definitely use gloves when working with it. Just to be safe and avoid any kind of reaction to it. Not sure what it is that makes the smell so strong (trying to get an msds list). But I wouldn’t want to take chances with it getting on the skin. For applications on top of gels, press on’s, or acrylics, it’s beautiful!!

The odor is the #1 problem. It arrived yesterday and I smelled it before I even opened the box. Obviously, whatever is used to make the gold color gives it a really terrible, chemical odor. Even with my nail station ventilation, it's still really bad. If "unsafe" had a smell, this would be it. *Note - Basis of comparison is the silver. Bought that also, and it had no smell - winner!#2 is the color. As noted in the description photos, it says to mix before use as it naturally will settle. Well, I mixed the hell out of it and it was like the gold pigment was too heavy or something, kept falling back down to the bottom of the pot. Even managed to hurry and mix, then hurry to dip my brush, and place on my nail - a ridiculous race - but it still went on more silver than gold. I then realized the name of the color is, "Alchemist" which I suppose could be any color (lol) so it's more gold-ISH, not really gold. A subjective lens might also say it's silver-ISH. But hey, I've only been a Nail Tech doing nails for over 20 years. What the heck do I know? *Note - Needs a minimum 60sec curing time*Bonus #3 - It arrived damaged with the plastic film under the cap half opened. If #1 and #2 weren't an issue, I'd have kept it. But I just went ahead and threw it out this morning, in my OUTSIDE bin.If you get this, just wear a mask (for spray painting), do your nails outside and don't expect true gold.

It smells sooooo bad! Even while sealed, the container continues off gassing.

The media could not be loaded. I love these glitter gels. They’re really pretty and easy to place, especially since you can pick different sized glitters from the pot with the dotting tool end of the included brush. Yes, some of the larger glitter pieces and glowy pieces are large, so they won’t lay smooth on their own. You have to encapsulate and then file down smooth before adding a top coat. I wore this set for 2.5 weeks with no lifting or chipping. Plus the glow effect is a cool bonus. It’s really bright if you “charge” your nails under a black light or in the sun, but will still subtly glow in the dark otherwise.

I love these & prefer them over powder chrome! I see a lot of people saying that it isn’t shiny enough but the trick is to let it sit for atleast 30 seconds before curing. It starts to look more & more chrome like the longer you let it sit. Here are some photos where I’ve used the silver!

Worth the couple bucks it really does glow I even notice it when I’m sleep at night and I roll over and I see a light I’m wondering what is that and then I have to remember oh that’s my nails 😆 glowing in the dark it’s so cool and I do my own nails and others to so I can’t wait to use this product on someone else I know they’re going to be just as juiced as I am now wearing them right now Friday, August 18, 2023 at 1:12 PM. This is my actual real time review you won’t be disappointed guys. it is the summertime right now. And I can even be outside for a period of time and come inside and my nails are lit up inside my house and there’s light inside. You can even see them glowing If you stepped inside a building or went back inside your home from being outside, especially if you were outside for a while like seriously any light will charge them to glow and the stronger the light the more powerful the glow It’s really super cool and neat.
