As someone who tends toward easily congested pores and sensitive combo skin, this doesn't cause reactions for me, congest my pores or break me out. It does leave my skin feeling moisturized and very soft, I use it day and night. I originally bought the cream in a smaller size as a last ditch effort to heal an incredibly chapped nose which it softened in less than an hour and healed it quickly, after trying several lotions that didn't work or even exacerbated the chapping. As a result, I recommend it to everyone, it's that good. Despite being thick in consistency (much thicker than most of the lotions i use) it absorbs quickly and is not greasy at all.
