super simple and cheap solve to my sprained back and pinched nerve. highly recommend. used it as a pillow for 6 weeks. took it everywhere with me. gave me great relief.

Finally something to better manage my ongoing tension headaches and general neck pain. A self care must for anyone with upper neck curvature issues and office: 7-12H daily computer workers. I see a chiro regularly and stay in the gym. I’ve got 15+ years in front of the computer and deal with consistent tension headaches and issues around this, even with other therapeutic modalities. This little contraption is what I feel I’ve been looking for my whole life! I would try laying on my foam roller or using tennis and lacrosse balls to get into the tension-yoga strap at the back of my neck. But this! This is the game changer!! I’m only a week or so in, but I see this legitimately changing my whole self care routine and I think I can entirely prevent the headaches that I dread regularly showing up to ruin my productivity!
