They seem to make a difference in my skin and they are easy for travel when you can’t make bone broth, but you have to take 4 per day. But if you can’t have bovine or fish collagen they are okay.

these are 4 capsules which is a lot to swallow when they should be 1 or 2 capsules. doesn't say where the chicken come from or if this is third party tested

Are four capsules (2g) enough collagen to do anything?
This is a review of "SIRUNES Chicken Collagen Capsules - Type II Collagen Nutritional Supplement for Joint, Skin & Bone Support - Non-GMO, Anti-Aging Dietary Supplements with Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides - 120 Capsules" On the plus side, these chicken collagen capsules are a reasonable size, don't have a bad aftertaste, and provide a different source than the usual bovine and marine sources to have in the mix. On the negative side, I'm not convinced that capsules are an effective means of getting a sufficient quantity of collagen. Supplements sold in powder form usually define one serving as something around 10-20g of collagen which is 5-10 times as much as collagen as four of these capsules provide (2g). At under $22, the price is reasonable in comparison to other chicken collagen options on the market as far as I can tell. If a 2g dose is what you're looking for, this could be a great option. Otherwise, bulk collagen powder tubs might be a better way to go.
