BIC Kids Visacolor XL Colouring Pens 144 Classpack

We have 2 daughters and have been using another brand of markers for them. the problem is the youngest keeps leaving the caps off, and the eldest ends up with dried up markers.We saw these at a good price plus the package says they don't dry up for months without a cap so we decided to give them a go for the 3-year-old, and get another brand for the eldest. - the 18 pack comes in a nice thin bottomed cardboard container to store them when not in use.our 3 year old loves them, she has already started to draw with them, this way if she leaves the cap off overnight we shouldn't have any issues.they fill in the paper very well, but we've noticed that if she draws over the same piece of paper more than once, the paper starts to get mushy and disintegrate. I've already heard "Daddy look a hole" about 5 times since she started painting, and that was 10 minutes ago!I dont know how long they last but BiC makes very good kit so I expect them to last for a few months (even with a lid off every once and again).

This is a great set for small kids, it has a good range of colors, nice chunky pens BUT is quite expensive. So far the pens have been lasting well, but think they should perhaps be a bit cheaper on the cost to get a 5 Star Rating.

Pens blead out and stain anything they touch.Good vibrent colours, make sure all surfaces and children and covered sufficiently before giving pens

Lovely bright colours. Colour on paper nicely. Two year old can use them easily, take lid on and off and place them on top of pen when using. So far appear to be washable. Comes off easiest if you are quick. The tub could do with a lid.

Practical storage for the pens, making finding the colour you want easy. Great for children.

Brilliant pens.... but there was 3 or so pens missing. Tried to contact amazon to no avail

Put it this way I will buy these pens over and over. My 4 year old son absolutely loves them and so do I! The quality is excellent and the variety of colours/shades is spot on. Yes they are pricey, but worth every penny. My son is learning to write and they are the perfect thickness for holding, he signs all his cards with these felt pens. Don't hesitate!!
