Mechanically Very Good, Software is Adequate, but Hard To Get
The device itself is quite good. The keys feel solid. The knobs rotate continuously with discrete tactile detents and a push-switch.The configuration software is not easy to get. The QR code in the manual is the only way to get it that I've found, but it's too small to easily scan with a computer. It points to a Google drive folder with a soft-copy of the manual and the setting software. I had to scan the QR code and open the folder on my phone, then I could get to the folder via Google Drive on my PC.The software itself is tolerable. Rather clunky, but it gets the job done.

It mostly does what it says
It is not RGB.The instruction manual is horrible and the only reason I was able to find the software that was needed to actually configure the thing was because of a QR code on the manual stating it was a video tutorial, but it was actually a google drive account with the software and a video in it.The product itself is fine and works, but it is falsely advertising RGB and the user experience is really bad.
