A very well designed and presented kit, much cheaper than any other Theremin on the market as far as I know, $19,995 cheaper than the original RCA Theremin and it works fine.Others have given it a low rating for 3 main reasons: the instructions are in German, it's a kit, and the case is cardboard, to which I'd say that you can translate the instructions using a translation site, learn how to solder using a Youtube video, and accept that the very well designed cardboard case does the job no bother :-)

### ⭐ SELF ASSEMBLY required for this Theremin!

BEWARE! This requires self assembly!! (which is apparently the meaning of "selber bauen" in German)It requires the use of a soldering iron, and the (very limited) instructions are only in German.I returned it because it wasn't what I wanted, it might be OK for other people as far as you're aware that you need to solder and if you're familiar with soldering electronics (no good diagrams). The box is carton but given the price that was something expected.Go for it only if you enjoy the assembly part!

After searching for ages for a theramin for my friend I was delighted to find this for her.I proudly presented her with it for her birthday and was shocked but the serous lack of quality and unreadable instructions. For the price I am very embarrassed
