Extra firm with great shape
As everyone else pointed out this is a FIRM little guy but for me it works awesome. I use it as a regular pillow and sleep on it all night without any problems. I am one of the “no neck” people and even for me it works great. As a side sleeper, I still feel the gentle traction and it really has been helping with my neck and sleep. It is not for everyone, if you like soft pillows that move with you, this is not it. If you want support that won’t give up and you don’t mind the little “good pain” this is for you!!!

Works as expected
I'm not entirely sure where one would use this where it would be comfortable, but I found it to be kind of hard to use. It's quite large, which makes it hard to get into a comfortable position. Perhaps this model is made for a larger person, I'm not sure.

Very Well Made
I’ve had the same three bone pillows since the 1990’s and use them every night while sleeping. They also travel with me everywhere. Bone pillows are wonderful for neck support, relaxing on the couch, airplane travel, road trips, etc.Mixed feelings: I have mixed feelings about this particular product because, as other reviewers have noted, the pillow is beyond firm—it’s hard. When you squeeze it with your hands, you can feel the memory foam squish inside, but when you put it under your head, under your arms, or between your knees, it’s close to being downright uncomfortable. It feels okay at the base of my spine when sitting in my desk chair. One of the merchant’s suggested uses is as a foot pillow, and I suspect it would work great this way, but I have Achilles tendonitis so I can’t have the pressure on my tendons otherwise I’d try it out and include my opinion in the review. Also, it's heavier than regular memory foam (which is heavier than regular foam) and the pillow is stuffed full, so it’s very dense and weighty. What I liked: It’s very well made, and the fabric appears to be good quality. It has a thick feel to it, which indicates it’ll be durable and will last awhile. Also, the manufacturer didn’t scrimp on the filling. I like the length of it—it’s a few inches shorter than what I’m used to and it fits better in my carry-on bag. The heaviness I mentioned above isn’t a hinderance while carrying it around. The fabric looks and feels like denim and the area of the seam that's hand-sewn is quality (see close-up picture). The star design on the material combined with the denim gives it a casual look, which I also like. The style has just a touch of Old Americana.Final verdict: This pillow is on the verge of being fabulous, but it’s just too hard for the designation. It’s better suited to places like the lower back or cushioning your elbow over an airplane’s armrest, than the tender areas of the neck and face. I’m considering removing some of the filling and then sewing it back up to see if that helps make it more comfortable under my neck. If I do, I’ll post an update to this review.Five stars: Even though this pillow didn’t work perfectly for my taste, I’m giving it 5 stars because, in my opinion, the firmness of a pillow is a personal preference. Clearly, this pillow is *intended* to be very firm. The merchant even lists it as a selling point. As I stated above, the quality of material and craftmanship is solid, and it works very well behind my back while sitting in the desk chair. I received this pillow free in exchange for an unbiased review, but even if I’d have paid for it, I wouldn’t have returned it. It’s useable, it’s well-made, and it’s likely to last for an extremely long time (and since I’m still using my threadbare 90s pillows, you can rest assured that to me, a ‘long time’ means decades). If you’re looking for a very firm pillow, this one is a keeper.

Very well made.
Nice neck pillow, cute design and very well made. Seems to be very durable but is VERY firm. The case is filled to the limits so it is incredibly supportive. I use it for 10 minutes or so to straighten myself out but there is no way I could sleep on this as there is no give to it. It had no chemical smell or odor and was able to be used right out of the packaging.

Decent Pillow
This is a hard pillow that will relieve some pain on your neck; however, this will not cure your pain forever. You can lay on it to relieve pain temporary but it is not something that you can sleep on. You can roll your neck back and forward to give me gentle massage as the pillow is soft but hard enough to get a decent massage. It contains beads that will give a gentle massage. For the price, it is a nice massager to have on handy to relieve some pain every now and then.
