Is this ok to use on color negatives?

I have only been using PEC-12 for slides but according to Gary W. Clark: Slides And Negatives (published by phototree.com) it can be used on color negatives as well.You could also consider the possibillity of using 98% isopropyl alcohol as recommended by Kodak - it is much cheaper.Kind regardshk

Hi will this clean a photo printed on china plate

This is designed for cleaning camera film and photographs printed on photographic paper only. It MAY clean a photo printed on a China plate but we cannot guarantee it.

Will this remove mouse urine from my old colour photos?

I can't be 100% certain but it is certainly the best option out there. It removes finger oils, grease pencil, adhesive tape residues, mildew, smoke and soot damage, gold foil stamp and most ball-point and permanent inks.

1) Is it safe to use this on old albumen print? 2) And how does it behave on hand-tinted photos? Would it dissolve dyes? Thank you very much.

No it is not. ‘ Unhardened or inherently soft emulsions such as inkjet or dye-sub prints, chromogenic films, dye transfer matrix film, albumen, glass plate emulsion, and Polachrome instant slide film should NOT be cleaned with PEC-12.’
