As someone who never has worn earplugs till I started dating someone who snores, these work pretty well. Sometimes some snores come through, but in general I can get a good night's sleep. They are much comfier than those wax ones, which just are way too sticky too and get caught in my hair. I think they are also good at they don't go too deep into the ears which cause unnecessary ear issues.

I'm a very light sleeper and have been using these earplugs for over 30 years. They do the job and would highly recommend
