I got this to help during postpartum with all the mood swings this has helped tremendously! I recommend it to anyone. Works for my afib!
It took a while but it seems this has lessened my afib. The only thing is the fiddly dropper for dosing - it gets harder to get a full dropper towards the bottom of the bottle - maybe ‘a capful’ should be the dose. Kinda tastes like raisins. Not a bad favor. Will buy again.

Don't really feel a difference
