Great machine!
I'm used to using the NUC7i3BNK but this one had same day delivery and I needed 3 of them quickly. These are used for basic office use, I put a 128GB M.2 SSD in them (I load the images on them through a USB adapter using Acronis True Image), 8GB of RAM and Win10Pro licenses. Been using the NUCs for this purpose for 3 generations now with no issues. This NUC is VERY similar to the NUC7i3BNK (same CPU, Graphics, WiFi, TDP, Form Factor, and Warranty) except the DNKE does not have a 3.5mm Headphone/Speaker jack, does not have a yellow USB charging port, and has a 2nd HDMI port instead of USB-C.

Awesome Mini-Server for home offices.
This is a perfect Mini-Server. I use it to host a CentOS Environment for developing websites. It's faat, quiet and just perfect for what I need.

Amazing Computer!
Anyone complaining about the fan noise must have the hearing of a 3 year old! I rarely notice it, and if I do, it's still more quiet than typing on my keyboard. Also, this box had no issues with installing a flavor of linux; which I can't say the same about other SFF machines I've tried.

Big power in a small package
A great small form factor PC for the cost. I’ve purchased many NUCs for work, but I will caution this latest model is a bit noisy (fan) compared to prior generations. It’s not significant, but it’s noticeable. Minus one star for that, otherwise another winner from intel.

Worked for 30 days then refused to boot.
I bought this for a small desktop application--word processing and spread sheets. It work fine for about 30 days and then it refused to boot. This included not even opening the Bios page.As an addendum, I can't get anyone from Amazon to help with the return or the replacement policy that I purchased.

Ubuntu 18.04 installs quickly and works great, fan noise not noticable.
I used the crucial memory (16gig) and the 960 EVO NVME M.2 (250gig). Installation requires a small Phillips screwdriver and couldn't be simpler (4 screws in the back, one smaller screw inside to fasten the M.2). Ubuntu 18.04 installed in about 15 minutes from a boot-able USB stick. I have yet to notice any fan noise under normal loads; this a quiet unit. Everything works immediately including Bluetooth and the AC511 Dell soundbar on my monitor.

Cheap little machines -- great if you just want something simple
I bought two of these to extend a test cluster for my home lab. They both came sealed in new packaging. After plugging in a M.2 SSD and a 16GB stick of RAM, they booted via USB fine. I have them stacked up under my desk now (they have rubber feet that allow a few to sit on top of one another -- I wouldn't stack more than 4 or 5 of them tho). It would be nice to have vPro support on these (it doesn't), but I can't complain given the price.
