Keeps The Seatbelt From Choking Me
These seatbelt jawns works. Not plastic either. Heavy metal bracket that you arrange your seatbelt in to hold it in place. As a bus driver I like using these the best out of all the others items I have to keep the seatbelt from touching me as much as possible. The little brackets get the job done. Easy to use. Comes with instructions.

Works great, holds seatbelt very firmly
This is great for keeping your seatbelt strap in a comfortable position. I’m very short so I have trouble with the seatbelt crossing over my neck rather than my chest. This holds it in the correct position and you can’t even feel it. It’s a strong metal that doesn’t bend or fall off unless you remove it. Highly recommend!

Very solid
My current daily driver seems to have an odd seatbelt orientation, at least for my body. I am around 5 foot 10, 180lbs, so I am not especially large or small, so might just be personal preference. I often drive with one hand holding the belt in a similar fashion to how this clips it so I figured hey, why not just get this ha. It is very solid so unless it somehow corrodes to the point of breaking, it should last a lifetime (or till I lose it..)

Did not making wearing the seatbelt more comfortable. Directions aren't that clear on how to use.
