This milk frother works quickly and well! The "chunky" case makes it easy to hold, even if you have arthritis in your hands. Works smoothly, without vibration. Powerful! I tried whipping some milk that frothed poorly with my old frother. With this frother, it worked just fine! Battery life appears good; its been two weeks since the last charge. Cons: The charging base/stand isn't very convenient to use. When the frother is placed with the whipper facing up, water can drip downward over the case. I ended up using the holder from my old frother, which holds the frother with the whipper down.

Nicely made, sturdy frother. I have owned cheaper frothers made of plastic that felt light and... cheap. This one is metal, good quality and powerful. The first speed setting is all I need to froth milk perfectly. That said, it's so powerful, that if you over-fill the milk container it will splatter everywhere. Turning it off took some getting used to because you have to press the button for 2 seconds. If you press it once it will go to the next higher speed, and then the splatter ..well....you can imagine the mess. Another nice difference is that the rods on the frother "wands" have thicker diameter and feel stiffer than those from cheaper alternatives. It's good because when these rods get bent for any reason, they are no longer concentric and the frother wobbles and then it longer works well. It's also very hard and annoying to straighten it almost always needing replacement. The thicker rods on this one, I hope, will help keep them straight for much longer. The charger works great and is very convenient to always keep it at the ready. The instructions are in the box and are ok. I'm pleased with my purchase.

I purchased this on Oct 16th and I just went to charge it for the second time but stops charging. Does not flash lights to let me know when charging properly. Not happy. I am pleased customer service was helpful and sent me a replacement. I just tried new one and works good so far. 😊

I ordered this frother but could not get it to work. (I misread the battery installation instructions!) I set up a return and replace. When the replacement arrived, I read the instructions more carefully and got it to work. In fact, it works fantastically. I had been using a blender to make my protein shake from powder. Now I only use this frother. Evidently the double ring really does create a super action. It's pretty wonderful. In fact, I am keeping the original as either a gift or a backup. I have looked for a way to tell Amazon that, but I guess I just have to refuse to return it and let them charge me for the replacement. Bottom line - it's great!

I absolutely love this thing! I bought it almost a year ago and am writing this now because I am so impressed with this device. I use it daily. It is very powerful- almost too much. I can froth warmed milk in seconds on low speed. It easily makes merengues and blends up my protein drinks with no effort. Anything liquid. For daily coffee drinks, I HIGHLY recommend it. It is always charged ( no batteries) and I never have to even think about it- it always works.

The first one worked so great I ordered another one to leave in the RV. Big mistake. What a piece of crap, it must have been made by a tweaker that day. The single frother wand falls off the spinner every time while using. The double frother? Well, I just can't figure out how they did this but the receiver is a mirror image of what it's supposed to be. It's impossible to connect. In fact, I can connect both wands together. They fit perfectly and it looks perfectly ridiculous. Go to a real store to get electric appliances.

Great froth or the charge lasts forever. I can’t remember how long I have had it and I have only charged it once and I use it every day. I highly recommend.

Pros, fastest and most power Cons, it breaks at the base of attachments (I have had 3 so far that break same spot).
