The quality of the product
Perfect replacement cartridges. D-liver’d overnight, as promised. Couldn’t tell product wasn’t OEM. 10 out of 5 stars!

Great replacement toner
I got this set to replace the toner cartridges in my HP LaserJet Pro 400 m451dn. Installation was easy. I removed it from the bags, took off the protective covers and pulled out the inserts. I gave them a good shake side-to-side and installed them in printer. The printer went through a cleaning cycle and then it was ready to go. The printer recognized the cartridges and didn't give any complaints about them not being "genuine HP". The print looks great! It's crisp and no streaks. The two test pages that I printed look excellent. I've had problems in the past with other brands wearing out and streaking before all the toner runs out. If that happens with this set then I'll come back and update my review, but out of the box these work great. An excellent replacement for a fraction of the price of the HP version.

Recycled? Maybe. Works? Absolutely.
I got this toner set as a backup to my OEM toner and while time will be the true test, the cartridges installed without issue and test prints seemed to be consistent with the OEM toner. The true message here is the incredible savings over the same set at a big box office supply store. This kit is literally about an 80% savings - which I *think* they pull off by using recycled OEM cartridges (which would explain why the chips work). Whether or not this is actually the case, I've had no issue so far with these cartridges. Worth a shot given the price and the initial positive results.

I bought the pack of four and the first one I put in was a cyan and IT DID NOT WORK, there was no safety seal to remove but I tried it in my printer after giving it a vigorous shake like another reviewer said and it is not working. Buyer Beware!
