I don’t love corn tortillas, but I read about the qualities of a hybrid and I love these tortillas. They taste a little like flour and corn, which makes sense, but has the best qualities of both. They are foldable like flour tortillas, but also hold up like corn tortillas.

Hold together and don't fall appart. Great tasting and value. Thanks for making my ranchero's tast so good!

These tortillas arrived today, September 5th. I was looking forward to trying this unique blend of corn and flour. But the "best by" date on the package was September 4th, yesterday. So these are definitely NOT FRESH. As with most grocery items, this one is sold as "not returnable." I understand that. But it does not explain that it will arrive STALE. Definitely won't order again.

I loved the La Tortilla Factory tortillas with corn and flour. I can’t find them anymore. I saw these with corn and flour and thought I would give them a try. I’m so glad I did. They are as good as the la Tortilla Factory tortillas and I can get them on Amazon. They hold their shape. They do not break in the middle. Give these a try. Glad I did!!!

THESE work very well for enchiladas. I do spray them with oil first so they do not absorb as much of the sauce. They roll easily without heating first.

Outside of a handmade tortilla, fresh off those huge round griddles in Mexico from artisanal corn.... this is about as good as tortillas get. Fantastic flavor and perfect base for a wide range of dishes. It is especially good with a very simple preparation: a tiny bit of butter and salt, fried in a pan with a little cheddar or Monterey jack cheese and then folded over and eaten hot. It is practically sublime... try it. I do believe you could basically live happy on just that.

WHO THE HELL FINDS JUST A FLOUR OR CORN TORTILLA EDIBLE OR USABLE??CAN'T MAKE AN ENCHILADA WITH JUST CORN AS IT JUST FALLS APART WHEN FOLDED AND FLOUR IS JUST SOGGY PASTY CRAP WITHOUT ANY FLAVOR...I'LL ONLY BUY THESE AND CAN ONLY FIND ON AMAZON ALTHOUGH EXPENSIVE..

Wow, what a difference. Like so much better than plain corn or flour. Taste great!!! Will be using these from now on
