was doing a transmission cooler for the cvt on my 2.0 2012 Sentra SL and I figured I might aswell do the filters while I’m doing the fluids and what not. everything included was a direct replacement for dropping the transmission pan and replacing it’s filter / gasket plus the one underneath the transmission oil cooler / warmer. I purchased a new assembly for that separately which comes with extra inlet and outlet ports for a cooler. doing so is a recipe for reliability on these Nissan CVTs !

-1 start only because the pan gasket wasn’t same as the metal oem, wasn’t exact screw hole placement as shown on my overlap picture. I just reuse my oem gasket as it was still good. Paper filter and metal filter fits good. My trans oil was black since last change was at 100,000 mile and now changed at 230,000 miles. Took about 5.5-6 qt of trans fluid I used valvoline as it’s within spec no need to waste money on Nissan expensive oem fluid.
