Definitely makes a difference when I take this especially in this incredibly hot weather!

I purchased this on Saturday, September 8th and it arrived today, Monday, September 10th. I had previously read other reviews and one person had mentioned crushing 1 up and mixing it with honey to take. I have been sick with bronchitis for 3 weeks so when it arrived, I did just that. It wasn't horrible tasting, just sweet from the honey and spicy with the cinnamon and other ingredients. It's been almost 2.5 hours and I don't have the tickle when I breathe in nor am I experiencing any wheezing. This is wonderful! I took a second one for good measure. I can't wait to breastfeed my son so he can get the benefits too! I know what the bottle says but I've been using herbs and homeopathic medicine for over a decade. I use common sense and my own motherly instinct to do what's best for my children. Anyway, I highly recommend. Yes, it's a little pricey but oh my, so worth it :)

I used the entire bottle as directed and I think I can say it's fairly effective, but I can't get passed the sugar. Sugars are added to practically everything these days, at least my nutritional supplements should be free of them. I understand it's in there as a carrier, but I won't be re-ordering. I have used this product off and on for a number of years. I was wheezing recently, almost sounded like a kitten. I ordered the product and took just 2 tablets and the wheezing stopped. Since then I've gone back to taking 2 tablets twice per day.
