Package was good ,not even a scratch, customer service is good and will keep you informed on delivery so you can be ready.....Product is amazing, beautiful and very sturdy.....Quite heavy, foam is on medium hard, which I actually wanted so choose accordingly, Very good quality , it Clearly indicates it will service for years.....Post delivery Customer Service will contact you and give maintenance instructions....Overall Amazing Product Value for money....You can buy no worries.......

Product - 4/5Have been using the Sofa for about 15 days. It feels good; cushion is firm (not too soft) like I wanted, structure feels sturdy, and the look is also good. Although they recommend Fabric for better longevity, I wanted to tryout the leatherette. Their general guidance is it will develop cracks with 2 years of moderate usage. Hoping it wont soon. :)Order Via Amazon and Delivery - 2/5Amazon shows unusually high delivery time; at least 10-12 days more than Wakefit website. On FK's website, its even more. Either they are keeping a lot of buffer, or orders via Amazon are given 3rd priority. Wakefit website as 2nd and their showroom orders as 1st priority. Not much complaint here. Especially since they delivered much earlier than promised.You receive an automated call 1 day before they are ready to deliver to confirm your availability. You can reschedule on the call (IVRS) and you receive the call again 1 day before your preferred delivery.This was seamless.On the day of delivery, you receive the "Out for delivery" message from Wakefit and the delivery guys called me after reaching my apartment around 3pm.Unfortunately, they refused to deliver to my flat because it was on the 4th floor and the sofa would not fit in the lift. Talking to the customer care did not help. The executive said, since I had not mentioned I live on 4th floor, they cannot do anything now other than returning/cancelling the order. That would have been a waste of 15 days of waiting for the order to be delivered.There was no option to select the floor no while ordering on Amazon. It may be there if you order through their website. Strangely, the Amazon product page for this sofa does not offer to ask questions about the product and delivery as well.I even offered to leave the sofa on the ground floor, give me time till I arrange to move it to my flat and they can collect the sofa cover a day later. The delivery and the customer care representative both refused to leave the cover with me.Thankfully, found 2 people near our apartment who joined me in lifting it to my flat for some remuneration.When you think of the pre-delivery automated call, if a person had called, may be these things could have been clarified upfront. I wound have been prepared for this instead of running around at the last moment. Sometimes, we focus on automating so much, we eventually miss out on basics.I wonder how they deliver to other societies. Don't think many will have lift big enough to accommodate a sofa. Hope @Wakefit, you are listening and will be making the delivery experience better with time.Anyways, advise to others: check with Wakefit Customer Care, if you need to arrange for help depending on your floor.I am still giving this 4 stars for the product. Hope someone finds the delivery story useful.

The quality of the sofa is awesome, and it is sturdy enough to hold heavy loads. I must appreciate the after-sales service provided by Wakefit. They call users one by one to get feedback and ask for reviews, which I think is okay. Nowadays, it is important to do this, as most companies never call back to get feedback on their products after sales. Good going!!

Stitches got open, too huge to fit in normal house doors to move the furniture. Had to stitch a new cloth in three months of buying it. Sent pictures too. When the stitch and cloth is poor it has to be reworked or they should send someone to get it restitched. I invested 5000 rupees more with local sofa maker because the refund or replacement did not happen. I have same experience with another mattress too. I bought that because they mentioned it as ortho mattress costed 8k. Waste of money as they smartly ignore the return or warranties.

The product was showing out for delivery after 1 month from the date I ordered, however I did not get the product, wakefit assured me that I will get the product 100% todayand when I called them ,no one from the wakfit team had a answer. After waiting for another 20 days the product was delivered, but again to my disappointment it was broken. So again I had to wait for another 7 days. Overall an unprofessional and pathetic services. Coming to the product , it's is quite comfortable and sturdy. Worth the amount.

4 years back I have ordered a sofa of same amount from a local vendor and I see the difference in quality.Its been only 2 months we are using the product, we can feel comfort and sturdiness. The product is far better from other vedors given the same amount. We are always told that the life of sofa of this price range is 3-4 years and we start facing issues after couple of months. But I can say that this product had much longer life. The most important thing is the strength of the product. Even our guests are very much happy to see and use the product.

Product was nicely wrapped and delivered.Back cushion is good but too big (dislike) , so you won't be able to relax back. Since the cushion is new and stiff you will end up sitting very much upright due to big back rest.Product build looks ok and sturdy. No separately fixed legs for the sofa, seems it is part of the frame.Seating cushion is just a hard foam, and sitting in same Place will make that side go down , this we noticed with 2 weeks of use. Foam is stiff in the beginning,but it's getting loose once start using. Sofa is definitely not light weight, it is heavy, and take a lot of space due to back rest and arm rest. Seating size could have been a bit more from from to back. Can see thread coming out of the fabric when pay closer attention, so a sofa cover is required if you plan to use it for longer. If you are in a budget, you can go for it. Not too good, but it is ok for this price range. Thanks..

For name sake it's 2 seater, but 3 can sit on it(2adult+1young guy). Comfort is super. No extra care needs to be taken. Particularly i like the fabric much, anything split on it, jus get a wet cloth wipe and you are done. even the dust and other particles donot clog too much , just normal dust cleaning is good enough for me till date. I must say best option if you are working from home, then you can use it as a part time Bed(wide enough). I am very mush satisfied with this purchase. I got the malibu green color which looks premium in a white(or any light colour) painted wall.
