I ordered this chair not knowing what to expect because I have never order anything this large off of Amazon! After using it for about 2 weeks, here is what I can say!Positives:-Easy to assemble-Came in much earlier than expected (and both boxes did come on the same day!)-Looks just like the pictures-Is comfortable to sit in-Massaging and heat is nice-Cup holders and pockets are great!-If you don't really care about the remote, you can leave all of it unplugged and put away which is nice.Negatives:-Not a wide as it seems in the picture (I did not actually measure, so that could be my fault)-Very hard to get the foot rest to go back down (This could just be because it is still new, but I do worry about this post c-section)-Massaging is just more like vibrations, but still relaxing-I wish the recline feature was not on the inside of the chair (this is a personal preference though since I have wide hips)-Foot rest doesn't really want to stay up (if my 4 year old tries to climb in the chair with me, it drops all the way down)I will say, I was not a big fan at all when I used it the first few days. It just seemed so stiff. BUT as I have used it more and more, I have actually come to like it. I think it just needed to be broke in a little bit!All in all, for what I paid for the chair and it being delivered to the house, and how I feel about it after a few weeks, I would purchase again. (I purchased this for comfort, nursing, rocking our third baby)If you are looking for more of a everyday, nap chair for the living room, I would probably suggest something else though. :)

This was very easy to put together. The foam is study and supportive...after the legs automatically flip up. They seem to have a manual adjustment option. The vibration is good just enough not too much not to little The vibration is good just enough not too much not too little.

Chair was ok until my sister tried to put the footrest down. Too hard for small person. Maybe it was this particular chair. Seller tried twice to give instructions but footrest still too hard to put down. Wanted to return it but too much of a headache. Seller said they would negotiate a return or refund! Never heard of negotiating a return on an item. Decided to just keep it. Best to try it out first in a store

Originally I was very happy because it's comfy, works good & looks good, but after a few weeks I'm not happy with how the fabric is holding up. The foot & arm portions are showing lots of wear & piling in the fabric. It's also difficult to close especially with a bad back.

It is easy assemble. My family love it especially put it in auto and 15 minute settings.The way to adjust the leaning angle takes a little time to get use to.

Great upgrade from previous recliner: can now rotate, rock, massage, and 180 degrees recline.

I love this chair!

Disappointed at the "cheapness" of this chair. i do not feel it will last long.
