Great
Ive had one of these, this model for many years and has been great. At Christmas it gave up on me, hence a new one. If all you need is a good toothbrush that does what it says on the box, then this is the one

Oral B, eat your heart out
Bought this to replace an Oral B brush that stopped holding a charge after just a couple months - this Sonicare is infinitely more powerful, feels sturdier and leaves my teeth feeling super clean!

Not worth the money when there are cheaper, better ones on amazon.
I had a £20 electric toothbrush from amazon which was much better than this. My previous one had different settings, was more slimline and the battery lasted for approx 3 months without charging it. This one only has one setting, is much bulkier and needs charging every other week max. Only reason I switched was because I found it hard to find replacement heads for the unbranded amazon one so thought this would be easier. Can certainly find replacement heads easily, but overall I've paid much more for a product that isn't as good as my original cheap one.

Breaks after a year
This is the 4th one I've bought in 5 years. Exactly the same thing happens every time. It stops working after just over a year. But it's worse than that. It won't turn on when you want it to but at other times won't turn off. So you have to sit and listen to it. Apparently there is a 2 year warranty but this isn't made clear so no prompt to register for it. I've been to the Phillips website and it says no warranty available. It also gives the option to contact them by chat or phone. But very annoyingly these options don't actually do anything/don't take you anywhere. It's a real joke and a shame as I like these toothbrushes but can't afford to buy a new one every year. Zero customer support. Don't bother with it.

The batteries on Sonicare last a year and are then prone to break
Writing this in retrospect. I have had 3 or 4 of these. The first one lasted a long time, then the others gave up after a year or so. The batteries stop working and you can't seem to remove them. Throw away culture? Not good for the planet...

I'm using it for 2 month. it has superior teeth cleaning then manual brushing. 2 minutes automatic brushing function, cleans all teeth throughly. There is no damage to bristles,& I hope bristle heads do not need faster replacement. Electric rechargeable battery works for abt.2 weeks, for 2 times brushing. It requires 110~220V adaptor. I have ordered 2 more, for use of my family members. Recommending this brush . I also bought 2 more for my family members .

El cepillado es mas efectivo, este es mi segundo cepillo del mismo modelo, el anterior me duro mas de 7 años

I'm very dissatisfied - the toothbrush broke after less than a year of use, even though all the storage and operating conditions for the toothbrush were met - it just suddenly started buzzing very quietly and had no effect on my teeth.

I've been skeptical for decades about electric toothbrushes and during all time, I kept vigorously brushing manually. I know exactly how much effort and attention to detail is needed to clean my teeth. All teeth have be brushed by every angle possible. So then I kept seeing this inexpensive Philips toothbrushes. I know that's a reputable brand. I figure, meh, ok, let's just try it. And OMG it actually works! Instead of brushing the crap out things, it's now a process of just aiming it in all the directions so that all needed contact happens. But the grunt work of removing plaque is done by the device! It really works. My teeth feel so smooth after a brush now. And with so much less effort! So yeah, I'm won over by this - and it took me decades. I then got 3 more for the rest of the family, and they like it too! This is all absolutely legit. I have no personal stake in this - simply sharing my excitement.
