Review: I would definitely recommend for PCOS! - The first week or so your body may need to adjust and get used to it, I experienced a little bit of reflux but I’m not certain other people will. However, since I’ve added this to my daily routine (one pill every morning), I feel great. I have PCOS so I usually feel very bloated and sluggish and all the symptoms typically keep me very unmotivated and uncomfortable and feeling very puffy. Since taking this I feel like I have noticed a slimmer silhouette developing from debloating, I don’t feel weird blood sugar spikes or crashes, and I feel more energized throughout my day. I think the overall value and effectiveness of this specific Berbrine is unmatched, I could feel a difference within days and once I adjusted to the pills it was easy to keep taking them. They do have a very slight taste I’d say is similar to tallow but it isn’t strong or overbearing at all.

I never write reviews, but I had to write one about this berberine. First, I love the Pure brand, but once the Nestle company purchased the brand, I was concerned the product quality would not be as good. Thank goodness, Pure has maintained its quality, and this brand is by far the best brand on the market, in my opinion. I ordered several brands of berberine, as I did not wish to take prescription I was given. Not only does this brand work, but even though I had stomach issues for the first couple of days, my body did adjust to it, and it now works like a charm, and I highly recommend!
