Great reel at great price
I own a repair shop, so I don’t really expect much from hose reels because they usually last a few years and fail.I don’t know the long term result of this reel, but so far I’m impressed just taking it out of the box. It was very well packaged, and it included an air gun, and fittings and even the mounting hardware for the reel itself.The retracting and locking mechanism works great as well. So far, no issues.

Excellent Product
You can't go wrong with this air hose reel. Recently I purchased another product similar to this one and it was a total nightmare trying to lock the hose in ANY position. The mechanism was of such poor quality that within one hour I had to return the item.This Glahoden reel pulls out, locks, and returns perfectly...every time. The only change I would make would be to redesign and/or strengthen the tension/winding mechanism to have it pull back into the housing with more speed.I would recommend Glahoden include a small paper template of the mounting bracket, or even better, consider two removable bolts at the top and bottom of the mounting bracket, making it easier to install the bracket and attach the reel, especially if it's installed into a ceiling 2x4, etc.Another cool feature is that the hose tracks nicely into the housing with a simple side to side moving system that winds up the hose evenly. There have been no leaks from any of the hoses, so I would definitely recommend this product!

Worked well for the first 4 uses, just wish it stayed that way
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Price, but apparently that was a massive mistake Build quality:Terrible build quality. The reel lock broke after my 5th use. This thing is garbage Swivel feature:Swivel was nice when I was pulling it around corners, but overall like a 4/5 on that feature.
