I believe this helps however keep your eye on the expiration date when it arrives. I received some that were outdated by 3 months. They credited my Amazon account immediately.

I'm not sure if they are working, but my joints sure move better after taking these for a week. I wake up moving better, less joint pain and I seem to stay asleep through most of the night. Not because of pain, but because I need to use the restroom, as most older women usually do. Anyway, I think you should give them a try and see what you think. I find them easy to swallow. No taste or smell. No stomach upset. So all in all, a great product.

This product, by Voltaren, appears to help with joint stiffness when used daily. Give it a try for at least a month before you decide whether it works. I have been using for over a year and believe it definitely works.

Voltaren is easy, convenient to take. I've used straight turmeric before, this has a few extras in it, and it does help ease the discomfort in my knees when I'm going up and down stairs, or walking up and down hills on the trails I walk on. Recommend it. It is not a complete fix, but it does help me anyway.
