They are absolutely strong enough. You can even run in them and they won't fall off. However, the quality of the earrings is terrible and the golden coating will turn black in just a few days (at least, it did in my case). I'd recommend against buying them, especially if your ears are sensitive.

Definitely for pierced ears only. They claim clip on but when I tried it hurt so bad I immediately took it off. They are sharp

They are just as described. A bit heavy,but they're perfect for what I need them for. I wasn't paying attention to the fact that they're clip on but I was able to adjust them at home and now they're regular earrings.
