Amazing customer service!!Pros: the costumer service was very responsive and took fair of all my concerns. The chairs are beautiful and what I was looking for. I was also very impressed by the care that was taken while packaging the chairs. They are great for right now and will probably hold up with moderate use for a few years. At this price point I was not expecting solid wood or perfect quality by any means.Cons: For all but 1 chair, the holes were not fully drilled. This would not be a huge issue but when drilling the hole out the rest of the way the wood and paint chipped a bit. There was also a center leg piece that would not align so I had to drill that as well. The bottom of one chair had cracked and it looked like it was repaired and one chair had a crack in the seat.Overall I would definitely recommend this product and seller.

Great Chairs!!! These chairs needed a little assembly but they only take about 5-10 minutes each to put together. Everything was wrapped and packed so well! The directions are very easy and each chair has it's OWN little red packet holding all the screws, spacers and even an allen wrench needed! I love this company's attention to details and I will definitely buy from them again!

Bought these in Expresso color to replace chairs in small dining area at lakeside cottage. Arrived in a few days. No damage during shipment. Packed well and no missing parts. Assembly was simple. Each chair come in four pieces: Seat and back assembly, right side legs assembly, left side legs assembly, leg assembly connection dowl. Everything bolts together using bolts and allen wrenches provided. Only issue with assembly was one bolt hole that wasn't drilled completely though wood. I needed to drill out the final 1/4" of material to open the hole completely. There were a couple of very small scuffs on the finish of the leg assemblies and dowels. Fairly insignificant. Be careful not to overtighten the bolts that secure the dowels in the leg assemblies. I cracked one end of a dowel slightly by applying too much torque. Just get it snug and leave it. Assembly took me a half hour. Once assembled, chairs feel very solid. They are fairly comfortable as they are, but you could add a small cushion if you like a softer surface. Note: chairs seemed a little smaller than I expected, like they were manufactured at 90% size. Could just be my imagination, since they are replacing a lagre chair with high back. Overall.... satisfied.
