They are nice and substantial as far as weight, but not unreasonably heavy. The handles are nicely textured so they are easy to hold and don’t slide around in your hand. Also no fingerprints! We don’t have a dishwasher, so they have been left sitting for hours in water in the sink more than a few times. The instructions advise not to do this, but they were unaffected.
