It gets super cold so at first you need to take it off every few minutes. Truly love that it is that cold, also the pressure around your head / face and the cold helps relieve some of the migraine pain

I love it! Used it not just for migraines but also when I sleep, it’s comfy and cool. Needed to wash it a few times especially after warm nights. One day though it suddenly got hard and uncomfortable, could not figure out why. But eventually I wet it again and it went back to being soft and comfy. When I have to get a new one I will definitely buy this again.

En realidad cumple la función básica que es darte ese momento de descanso y relajación para tu cabeza. Quita en menos de 2 minutos la migraña y dolor de cabeza, refresca en estos momentos de verano. Muy buen materia y presentación.

The cold component of the cap works really well. The hot component is less effective than the cold. There is a very fine line between too hot and not hot enough, and the heat doesn't last nearly as long as I would like it to. Only for a few minutes while the cold lasts for at least twenty minutes. However, none of the other caps I've tried have been any more effective heat-wise, unfortunately.

My boyfriend uses this all the time, we prefer to keep it in the fridge, rather than the freezer to keep it cool, but it keeps it such a good temp and lasts a long time!
