A: The B flat tenor (full size) pbone is Large bore, same as the smaller E flat Alto trombone.

**Q: Do I need to buy a mouthpiece or does it come with one?**
A: It comes with a plastic mouthpiece

**Q: bore size and bell size**
A: 7 inch bell and dual bore Ø 0.485/ Ø 0.500.

**Q: Would this be suitable for a 7 year old starting lessons and elementary band?  or should we get the (non-mini) pbone. difference: bell size? length? w**
A: The positions don't match full size because the mini is an alto. It's in the key of Eb. Probably not a good idea if the 7 year old is trying to learn along with other tenor trombones. But idk if a 7 year old can reach all the positions on a full size.

Being a trombone mad household my son naturally was desperate to learn to play. However he is not big enough yet nor is he responsible enough for a brass trombone. The mini p bone gets him started, his arm is long enough to reach 6th and we don't have to worry about the weight causing him harm. Had to resist buying one for myself. Just have to brush up my transposition as this little bone is in Eb, or maybe I do need one hmmm maybe I have room for one more
