I purchased three of the small size crystal hearts as gifts for people I care about. They all arrived three days ahead of the promise date. I was a little concerned about not ordering a larger size but as it turns out the small size was perfect and a little larger than I thought it would be. These are substantial in weight and the images carved into the crystal from the pictures I sent were outstanding and showed off much more detail than expected. I did buy the plastic revolving light base and I'm glad I did because it really shows off the exquisite detail. When it rotates it reflects different colored lights and you can see the carving from the front or the back. Everyone I showed it to asked me to send them the link so they could purchase them. This makes a very personalized gift for any loved one or special friend and is a great value for the price.

This product arrived a few days earlier than promised. The etched picture is perfect-no flaws detected. It’s a beautiful memento of me & my mother. I will cherish this forever

There really isn't any detail in this picture. The engraving is so lightly done that it almost feels like it's done on purpose to make you buy the ugly lights they sell.

I’m so glad I came across this for an anniversary gift. It was beyond my expectations!!! It came beautifully packaged in a padded box ~~ the heart shape crystal was thick and heavy and the photo was etched beautifully inside. It’s such a unique gift for any occasion!! Delivery was quick and I would highly recommend for any gift idea!! Seller was also great.

Nice piece, but should be a bit larger....

Couldn't see the personalized lettering - even the picture engraved on it was only adequate. But the fact that you can't see the personalized lettering is disappointing. The gift was many days late. I would not recommend this product.

Great product and looks very nice, however, you have to choose a photo that is very clear for the 3D printing. Ordered the first one, but part of the picture wasnt printed properly. However, when I contacted the seller, they were very responsive and apologetic. They agreed to send a new one free of charge and also added a gift. I'm so happy with the second product I received. I would order from this seller again as they know how to keep their customers happy
