The dishes were beautiful. One of the smaller ones had a disruption in the pattern. They did not have a replacement plate, and I was refunded $15. Then one of the dinner plates had a chip after being placed carefully in the dishwasher. Again, sane pattern not available. Received 4 pretty replacement plates, had a choice, they were easy to work with.

Great color, nice weight. Great value for the price.

The color is what I expected. The set came securely packed to ensure it was safe in transit. I like the bowls. They have a large enough capacity and great style. The stoneware is heavy and appears durable.

Lovely set delivered in a timely manner, brought a 12 serving set and came in 3 different boxes... although one of the bowl and 1 cup had a chipped I do appreciate the elegant designed of this set...I will do an update on how well this set last with 5 kids ages 5 through 15... I've always been hesitant of purchasing stoneware and or ceramic and glass set dining due to small children and how easily they can be broken, after a long research and purchasing plastic and hard to clean dining set and considering the health awareness of potential chemical contamination when heat and food is served in a plastic dining set and or cheaper material that may seem more durable for people with young children and not know what you've actually been exposing your family to potential dangerous chemicals that you regularly used daily is quite concerning. So yes! a risk in my pocket is a must for me and my family.

The set is beautiful and I enjoy using the dinnerware. It was all packed extremely well and sadly one mug was chipped on the side. Unfortunately it looks like a firing defect the way the chip fell off. I would have rated the set excellent except for the mug. I haven't investigated an exchange yet and don't know if one mug can be replaced but I am not sending back the set just for one mug since I bought 2 full sets

Love the dish set. Very pretty. I had been looking for something like this awhile. I ordered 3 sets for a service of 12. One bowl had a chip in the bottom. Told them about it and they sent me a replacement right away. Actually they sent a new set.

Like the finish and slightly heavy but not too much, need to be careful

*update* The company was very responsive to my issue and sent out 6 new plates to replace the damaged ones very quickly. Very impressed and I have updated my rating to reflect this.Loved this set online and received the order with a completely undamaged box, opened it to find one (and only one) of the larger dishes is cracked. Tried to go through the Amazon tree to see if we could just get the one dinner plate replaced and they require you to re-wrap and return the entire set. Kind of disappointed that I can't just get the manufacturer to make this right. The Bubble Blue is really pretty, but sad about this brand new dinner plate arriving like this.

High quality, beautiful set. Has some weight to it and very durable. I couldn't help but buy them and they're so worth the money.

Beställde 48 delar servis, fick 16 varav 2 tallrikar var sönder. Betalade 800kr för att skicka tillbaka något som inte uppfyllde min beställning. Säljaren har betalat tillbaka kostnaden för servisen men inte de 800kr för att jag fick skicka tillbaka den. Amazon försöker att hjälpa mig att gå tillbaka de 800kr. Jag vågar inte beställa något porslin igen…
