Nice coffee maker. Better than other big brands
So far so good. Very nice coffee maker with coffee pods option. Easy to use and clean. Better than most of the big names K I have owned. This Ninja coffee maker saved me a lot of head aches so far. I only wish I could have it hooked to an automatic water line instead of having to fill the tank every time. But that is a small problem to have. Coffee is brewed fairly fast and with good flavor. No plastic flavors noted.

Great Coffee Maker for 2-in-1
My wife and were tired of having to separate coffee makers for k-cup and a coffee pot. This product solved the problem without hesitation in meeting our needs and expectations. The brew time and speed is phenomenal. Water capacity is sufficient and the size is amazing. Great value for your money if you are looking for a product like this for your coffee needs.

Great cup of coffee
I love this machine. You can do one cup or 12 cups. It has two different settings for classic coffee or Rich. The coffee taste so much better than the other coffee maker that I had. The ounces are a little messed up. When you select 8 ounces you only get 6 ounces when you select 12 ounces you’ve only get 8 ounces but if something that I can live with because the coffee taste so much better.

Disappointing
My father was a coffee salesman, so I’ve been drinking coffee over 50 years, a tradition I’ve passed on to our children as well. I previously owned an earlier model of the Ninja which brewed perfect cups of coffee 4 to 8 times a day for over seven years before that sad day came when it was time to retire it and search for a new coffee maker. I was hoping to buy the same model, but it had been long discontinued. I searched for the new Ninja models and settled upon the CFP101. What a disappointment. The only thing I like about this machine is the option to brew K-Cups. Here's the shortcomings. 1. The carafe leaks when you pour. 2. It does not brew a consistent amount of coffee into your cup. I use the same mug every morning and sometimes it fills the mug with the 8oz setting and sometimes it only fills it halfway at the same setting, with various levels in between. 3. The brewed coffee is not hot. Lukewarm at best. I'm not looking to pour molten lava into my cup, but I expect a steaming hot cup of coffee as every other coffee maker I've ever owned produces. With this brewer I have to take my cup of coffee and put it on a mug warmer to bring it up to the desired temperature. I've owned several Ninja products over the years and have always been happy with them, so I didn't even consider other brands when I was looking for a new one. Based on the 5 star reviews I've read in for this model I presume I got a defective unit? Regardless, this is the last Ninja product I will buy.

Bit noisy
Good coffee maker but there are a couple things I wish were different. #1 is I’m inpatient and want to pour a cup before it finishes brewing. This is not possible as there’s no float to stop coffee from hitting the heating pad. If you close it, the brewing stops prematurely. #2 is there’s not a way to turn off the beeping. This is frustrating as I like to make coffee before anyone is awake and my wife sleeps super light. #3 it’s fairly noisy when trying drawing water to heat.

Best part of waking up.
This machine. This machine! This machine makes the best coffee! I have used this machine faithfully for 2 years and look forward to it. It’s sturdy and the water heats so quick. I have my coffee within 3 minutes of stepping into the kitchen. Love love love! It’s so easy to switch from the k-cup function to brewing a pot.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE how small, versatile and simple this is! K-cups and full pots of hot, strong coffee
Some years back, we switched from a full-pot coffee maker to a K-cup brewer. I never liked the waste (and cost) of all those K-cups. Finally decided to look around for a machine that could brew K-cups AND full pots. This one is astonishing. The compact size alone was a selling point. Not too tall and definitely not too deep. But it has EVERYTHING: - programmable in advance - easy to remove (and clean) water tank that works for both K-cups and full pot. No more grimy, hard-to-reach areas where mineral deposits can build up - You can continue to keep it on "warm" setting as long as you like - option to brew full pots or increments - big pot, easy to clean - built-in scoop spoons - choice of regular or "rich" brew - automatic pause when you remove the pot to pour a cup before brewing is complete - cleaning cycle I could go on but you get the idea. I bought mine "used" (actually brand-new but box had been opened) so saved about $50 on it. Don't hesitate!

Almost perfect
I bought this to replace a 10+ year old Keurig that finally gave out, and so far this has been not just a worthy replacement, but a pretty nice upgrade as well. The build quality feels solid, and it’s much easier to clean than my old Keurig. In the Keurig, loose grounds and water would sometimes spill out into the area around the top of the k-cup holder, which could be difficult to clean. In the Ninja, that whole area where grounds used to accumulate pops out easily and can be cleaned in either the sink or the dishwasher, though I haven’t even seen any loose grounds there yet. Despite having a lot of options, this thing is also pretty easy to figure out, and has a nice little beep to let you know when your coffee’s ready. The drip stopper switch is also really satisfyingly clunky, which I know a lot of people won’t care about, but I appreciate. The coffee quality is great, provided you’re using good quality beans or k-cups. I’ve tried some single-serve coffee makers that don’t seem to ever make good coffee, regardless of what you put in them, so I’m glad this one isn’t like that. My only complaints are that it doesn’t have a low-water warning, it just stops mid-brew and beeps several times if it runs out, and it makes a high-pitched whine when it’s brewing, almost like a dog whistle. Most people I don’t think would even notice that, but I hace more sensitive hearing than most people, so it kinda bothers me, but not enough to ruin it by any means. Overall, I’d highly recommend it
